PLANT YOUR TREE TODAY

Every year, Haiti suffers from huge mudslides caused by hurricanes. These mudslides destroy crops, homes, and sanitary systems. Hundreds of people are killed each year.

The Restoration Project partners with young people in five key Haitian cities to plant trees in this deforested nation. Our goal is to plant 10,000 trees in 2009-2010

SAVE LIVES TODAY. BUY A TREE

Haiti is a country in the Caribbean that shares the island of Hispaniola with the Dominican Republic. It is the poorest nation in the Western Hemisphere, and one of the most deforested nations in the world, with only 1.4% of its forests remaining. Due to this deforestation, hurricanes cause massive mudslides each year, killing hundreds or thousands of people. Simply planting a tree can save a life. Help the Restoration Project and the youth of Haiti plant 10,000.
